We all have our own personal flashlights - our own unique light glowing from within us.

But we also all have things dimming our own personal light - perceived societal / familial / cultural / professional expectations, limiting beliefs, overthinking, self-censorship, the need to be palatable, imposter syndrome, trauma, etc.

Part of the work of business ownership is the inner work – cleaning off the dirt off of our own personal flashlight. Only then can access our higher selves and shine as brightly as possible - and light the way for others.
